In order to help prevent the spread of the virus, remember:

• Wear a face covering in public places where it is difficult to social distance

• Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water

• When coughing/sneezing, do so into a tissue or your bent elbow

• Bin used tissues immediately and wash your hands

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
